These are areas within the Fylde Coast where the ground conditions are poor and propperties have been affected by subsidence and uneaven settlement. With our expert knowledge of the area and technical understanding we are able to provide advice on this matter and prepare appraisals of buildings to answer questions such as:

- "How severe is the movement and is it ongoing?"
